Ter Borch, Netscher, and Lesire, Craeyvanger Portraits

Thomas S. Kaplan, Johnny Van Haeften, Sir Norman Rosenthal, and Arthur K. Wheelock Jr. discuss a unique group of paintings in Dutch art: the portraits of the Craeyvanger family. Dominique Surh talks about the 2009 technical research conducted on the paintings and  the discovery of Caspar Netscher’s signature on several of the children’s’ portraits.
